I humbly thank you for all the well wishes, congratulations, and accolades that were expressed to me tonight by so many in this community. I thank you most for your VOTE!!!! I am in the runoff because of you.

But for me, the biggest congratulations and accolades have to go out to the amazing team that has walked step by step with me along the way. This picture represents just a few of the faithful that have given their time, their talents, and their treasures to help me get into this runoff. I want to thank each of you and let you know as we move forward, I do so knowing that I represent you and all of the citizens of Jacksonville who truly want leaders who are not out for themselves, but out for the best interest of the people.

I am honored to have been presented the Latin Leadership Award at this event. I am fully committed to promoting the growth Of Mexican and Hispanic commerce in Northeast Florida. The Hispanic community makes invaluable contributions to northeast Florida every day and I am proud to help them continue this tradition.
